Introducing Labor Lounge — a premium, in-home labor support service designed to help you stay at home longer, feel in control, and arrive at your birth location calm, centered, and ready.​ I bring a spa-like birth experience to your home, offering:

 

• Soothing massage & counterpressure techniques

• Comfortable labor positions & movement guidance

• Aromatherapy, music, and birth environment setup

• Partner support and coaching

• Early signs assessment & guidance on when to transfer

 

Whether you’re a first-time parent or seeking a more peaceful, physiological birth, Labor Lounge helps you avoid early hospital admission and maximize your comfort during labor’s most important hours — right from your home.​ Your body knows what to do. I help it do it in peace.

Flat-Rate Package: $750

​

Includes:​

• 1 Prenatal Visit

• On-call availability from 37 weeks

• Up to 6 hours of in-home labor support

• Access to comfort tools (TENS unit, rebozo, birth ball, etc.)

• "Talk Her Through It" Partner support + birth location coordination

• Add-on: $75/hr after 6 hours

 

Premium Tier: $1000

 

Includes everything in the flat rate plus:

• Personalized birth ambiance setup (lighting, music, aromatherapy)

• Birth photography snippets at home (if desired)

• One lactation home visit within 1 week
