Breastfeeding Support
Whether you’re breastfeeding or pumping, I'm here to assist. I provide evidence-informed practical solutions for common challenges and ensure you feel confident in nourishing your baby. Referrals used if needed. 
 
Holistic Recovery & Healing 
We know caring for a newborn leaves little time for you but your recovery is just as important to provide for your babee. We provide Postpartum sitz bath, babee wearing does, belly binding demos and infant massage demos to improve feeding outcomes and recovery too. 
 
Sleep and Rest Solutions
Exhaustion is common in the early days of parenthood. We offer guidance infant sleep patterns and infant massage to create routines. We offer sleep visits that can care for your babee while you rest.
