This gentle wellness experience combines guided breathwork, light movement, infant bonding activities, nervous system regulation education, and meaningful community connection in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Whether you’re newly postpartum or navigating the first year of motherhood, this event offers a supportive space to slow down, connect with your babee, and build relationships with other families on a similar journey.
