This two day event is filled with evidence based information to help you make informed decision about your birth. Each class is taught by a Lamaze trained birth coach and based off of the 6 healthy practices for an undisturbed birth. Learn:

• Healthy Birth Practice 1: Let labor begin on its own.

• Healthy Birth Practice 2: Walk, move around and change positions throughout labor.

• Healthy Birth Practice 3: Bring a loved one, friend or doula for continuous support.
