At The Milk & Honey Company, we understand that pregnancy and parenthood can be a transformative yet challenging time. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, tools, and community to thrive. With our Mind, Body, and Babee approach, you’ll feel confident, prepared, and deeply connected to your babee.
This two day event is filled with evidence based information to help you make informed decision about your birth. Each class is taught by a Lamaze trained birth coach and based off of the 6 healthy practices for an undisturbed birth. Learn:
Healthy Birth Practice 1: Let labor begin on its own.
Healthy Birth Practice 2: Walk, move around and change positions throughout labor.
Healthy Birth Practice 3: Bring a loved one, friend or doula for continuous support.
