BaBEE Bliss & Bloom: Infant Massage

Soothe and boost your breast milk supply in this 3 Day infant massage series. Throughout the journey of postpartum recovery, touch becomes a healing balm, soothing the physical and emotional strains of childbirth too. But did you know infant massage has been shown to give you a boost in milk supply and the confidence in learning your babee. Massage has been shown to stimuli the milk making hormone prolactin and the milk ejector hormone oxytocin.

Class Length: One session, 1.5 hours
