Support for Milk Flow, Breast Health & Emotional Wellness
Breast Massgage for Lactation
1 session | 50 min session
Lactation massage is a gentle, therapeutic bodywork service designed to support breastfeeding and chest-feeding parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and throughout their lactation journey. This nurturing session focuses on breast health, milk flow, comfort, and emotional well-being—honoring both the physical and hormonal changes of this sacred season.

Using slow, intentional techniques, lactation massage supports circulation, lymphatic drainage, and nervous system regulation to help the body release tension, encourage healthy milk supply, and restore ease and confidence in feeding.
This service is ideal for parents experiencing fullness, tenderness, clogged ducts, low or fluctuating supply, stress-related tension, or simply seeking preventative breast care and relaxation.
