Begin with a calming warm foot soak infused with healing herbs, coconut milk, and essential oils. This ritual soothes tired feet, calms the nervous system, and sets a sacred tone for postpartum restoration. Fabric and warming oils included 

 

💛 Cloth Massage
A rhythmic, full-body cloth massage using traditional cloth techniques to:

- Recenter and realign the body after birth

- Ease tension in the hips, back, and shoulders

- Provide a sense of emotional holding and release

 

💛 Belly Binding (fabric included)
Gentle belly wrapping using soft, breathable fabric to:

- Support abdominal muscles and posture

- Promote womb healing and pelvic stability

- Offer a comforting sense of closure and containment​
 

💛 Coffee with Milk 

Conclude with gentle herbal tea and chat to debrief
