As a Certified Food, Nutrition & Health Coach I provide compassionate nutritional meal planning and coaching to help you feel supported, energized, and restored during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery. Nutrition is at the heart of every stage of the childbearing journey. From the moment life begins to grow within, through the early days of breastfeeding, and into the sacred weeks of postpartum recovery, what we eat deeply shapes our health, energy, and emotional well-being. This service provides gentle, practical, and culturally sensitive guidance to ensure that parents feel cared for, energized, and supported through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the postpartum period.

Clients may choose from ONE the following offerings for each postpartum healing visit. Prices include grocery cost. Each meal serves four.
