Baby BEE Soothed
(In Home Infant Massage Instruction)

At The Milk & Honey Co., I believe and support healing after birth as a sacred rite-one that deserves tenderness, tradition, and intentional care. I offer culturally rooted postpartum and infant massage instruction to help new mothers, birthing people and their babees restore balance after the intensity of childbirth. Are you feeling overwhelmed by your newborn’s endless crying, sleepless nights, or tummy troubles? Do you long for a way to soothe your babee while strengthening the precious bond you share? Your babee carries the story of their birth in their body too. Gentle, nurturing hydrotherapy & massage instruction provides a way to release tension, promote bonding, and encourage nervous system regulation-especially after a challenging or traumatic birth.

What to Expect!!

When I arrive for your session, you’ll be guided step-by-step through a peaceful, hands-on experience:

1. Warm Welcome & Intake
We begin with a short conversation about your babee’s needs, any recent feeding or sleep patterns,
and any special concerns such as colic, gas, or restlessness.

2. Herbal Warm Hydrotherapy
Your babee will be gently immersed in a warm, soothing bath infused with safe, calming herbs such
as chamomile, lavender, calendula, oats, and powdered coconut milk.
These herbs are chosen to:
-
Relax and calm your baby’s nervous system
-
Soothe delicate skin
-
Reduce fussiness and promote restful sleep
Parents are encouraged to participate in this bonding ritual by gently pouring the herbal water over
their babee’s body and speaking softly during the bath.

3. Infant Massage Instruction
After the bath, your babee is wrapped warmly and prepared for massage. Using organic oils, you’ll
be guided through a sequence of gentle massage strokes designed to:
-
Improve digestion and ease colic or gas
-
Enhance circulation and neuromuscular development
-
Deepen bonding through loving touch
-
Promote better sleep and relaxation

4. Parent Empowerment
This session isn’t just about relaxation in the moment—it’s about teaching you practical skills. You’ll learn
easy massage techniques you can use at home daily to support your babee’s comfort and well-being.
