What Is a Milk + Honey Co. Birth Doula?

A MHCo. birth doula is a certified and trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and immediately after birth. Unlike medical providers who focus on clinical care, your doula focuses on you—your comfort, emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, your confidence, your self-efficacy, your goals, and your family's experience.
