- 10 min Belly Rub
Belly massage during pregnancy involves gentle massage of the pregnant woman's abdomen, often by the mother, partner, to promote relaxation, reduce discomfort, and improve overall well-being. It can help with common pregnancy-related aches and pains, such as low back pain, and may also aid in digestion.

Our Mindfulness for Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond session is a warm and welcoming space where you’ll be gently guided through practices that support your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice, this session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
During this session, you can expect:

We begin by centering the mind and body through grounding breathwork and light meditation, helping you settle into the space and become present in the moment.
🌿 Body Scan or Gentle Movement
Using somatic awareness, we’ll guide you through a gentle body scan or light, intuitive movement to release tension and reconnect with your body in a loving, non-judgmental way.
🌿 Belly Rub 38+weeks
The holistic pregnancy belly rub is a deeply nurturing treatment that honors the sacred journey of pregnancy. It integrates traditional techniques with holistic practices, aiming to balance the body, mind, and spirit. This service is typically provided in a peaceful, serene environment where expectant mothers can relax and connect with their growing baby.
🌿 Reflection & Integration
We close the session with time to reflect, journal (optional), and share any insights that arose. You’ll receive tools and simple practices to integrate mindfulness into your daily life and birth preparation.
