From bump to breast, our doula-led breastfeeding care is designed to nurture your body, empower your choices, and support your babee’s first latch and beyond. I offer holistic doula care centered around lactation — because feeding is a continuation of your birth journey. With evidence-based education and compassionate, hands-on support, I guide you from prenatal prep through postpartum recovery with a focus on informed feeding, bonding, maternal and infant wellness.
As a doula, I accompany you during pregnancy and labor to provide non medical advice and support. I do not perform clinical tasks nor do I speak to the clinical staff on your behalf. I do not change your mind but make sure you are informed of the decisions that you make for you and your babee.
Milk & Honey Doula Care Packages
We have three packages based on your birthing needs. Packages beginning at $2000 with a 50% retainer of which $500 is non refundable which is due at that time of signing and the balance due at least 30 days before your estimated due date. I offer sliding scale fees for families as well . Please inquire here.

Belly Massage to include hand massage, herbal coconut milk and honey foot soak to relax the body and prepare for labor and birth. This holistic approach to maternity care focuses on the mind, body, and spirit through a gentle belly massage that soothes the body and energy-balancing therapies that promote inner peace and harmony.

Lactation Visit
(On babee's third day of life I will meet you in your home or hospital at your discretion to provide a comprehensive lactation consultant with maternal and infant assessment of breastfeeding, latch and positioning assistance, pain assessments, pumping demonstration and more.)

Postpartum Rest & Recovery Visit w/ Milk & Honey preferred doula
A visit within your home to make sure you have everything you need to include but not limited to: lite household tasks, babee wearing demo, bottle prep, babee care, birth debriefing and rest.

A Postpartum Cloth Massage
A relaxing postpartum rebozo massage to seal and heal your womb and emotions for your postpartum recovery. Includes a belly wrapping/binding, foot soak and herbal tea, debriefing at the end of each session.

Infant Herbal Bath & Massage
Infant herbal Bath and relaxing massage demonstration to heal your babae from the birth process as well massage is a great way to bond with your babee and aids in weight gain, latching, bonding and tension relief. Visit happens at least two weeks of age or when the umbilical cord falls off.
