At The Milk & Honey Co., I believe and support healing after birth as a sacred rite-one that deserves tenderness, tradition, and intentional care. I offer culturally rooted postpartum and infant massage instruction to help new mothers, birthing people and their babees restore balance after the intensity of childbirth. Are you feeling overwhelmed by your newborn’s endless crying, sleepless nights, or tummy troubles? Do you long for a way to soothe your babee while strengthening the precious bond you share? Your babee carries the story of their birth in their body too. Gentle, nurturing hydrotherapy & massage instruction provides a way to release tension, promote bonding, and encourage nervous system regulation-especially after a challenging or traumatic birth. All of the techniques are rooted in African and Indigenous practices.
